My name is Jeremy Laurence and I am the owner of KVL AC and Heating. I started in the AC business 16 years ago working for a company that forced sales on it's associates and valued the customer too low. After nearly two years in that environment, I decided to make a move to a much smaller company that had only three employees including the owner. I was taught the value of customer service and the importance of honesty, integrity and knowledge of the product.

After 15 years with this smaller company, I became the senior associate in charge of day-to-day operations. After much thought, I finally decided it was time to move to the next step and take the test to aquire my own HVAC License. I am in the top 2% of technicians to pass it on the first try.
